Posters are careful to note this doesn't mean rain-free: Soufriere specifically is called out as wetter than the north of the island, a real local microclimate effect from its position near the Pitons, so an occasional heavy shower remains possible even in the generally dry March window. One visitor who spent three weeks in the area during February-March described wonderful weather overall, with only a handful of heavy showers across the whole stay.
