10月1日〜4月15日乾季Tandem flights off Sarangkot run through the dry half of the year, taking the mid-morning thermals over the lake. Flights are grounded on cloud and wind, which is most of the monsoon.

10月15日〜11月15日 · 例年ディワリ休業The five-day festival of lights comes soon after Dashain: houses are lit with oil lamps and strings of lights, crows, dogs and cows are honoured with garlands, and groups go door to door singing deusi and bhailo at night.
