羅馬每個月是什麼樣子

由 SeasonMap 編輯根據當地實際情況撰寫 — 不是從平均值推算出來的。

  1. 1月

Cold, often bright, and half-empty. The Befana market on Piazza Navona closes on 6 January and the artichoke season starts in the markets.

    quietlow season

  2. 2月

Low season: short queues at the museums and cold clear mornings. Carnival (movable, February or March) is modest here compared with the north of Italy.

    low season

  3. 3月

The city warms quickly, the wisteria comes out on the Aventine and the evening passeggiata gets its light back.

    blossomshoulder

  4. 4月

Easter (movable) fills the centre, and the city's own birthday on 21 April brings parades to the Circus Maximus. Wisteria and the first real heat.

    festivalblossompeak

  5. 5月

The best month on the piazzas: long warm evenings, roses in bloom above the Circus Maximus, and shade not yet a requirement.

    shoulderblossom

  6. 6月

Summer opens properly. The riverside bars and open-air cinemas along the Tiber set up for the season and the city eats late.

    festival

  7. 7月

Romans start leaving. Afternoons are for shuttered rooms, evenings for the gelato queue, and the tour groups keep coming regardless.

    peak

  8. 8月

Ferragosto on 15 August closes the city: family trattorias shut for two or three weeks and anyone who can goes to the coast.

    closedpeak

  9. 9月

Everyone comes back. Heat eases in the second half, the grape harvest starts in the Castelli hills and outdoor tables work again.

    harvestshoulder

  10. 10月

The month Romans recommend. Low light on the travertine, porcini and chestnuts on every menu, and the first honest rain of the autumn.

    shoulderharvest

  11. 11月

Wet and grey, with the shortest queues of the year. Artichokes return to the menus and the city smells of rain on stone.

    low season

  12. 12月

Nativity scenes in the churches, markets in the squares, and a dry tramontana wind between the rain. Sites close early.

飲食

A local food-tour guide's blog is blunt about a pattern seen repeatedly around the Trevi Fountain: restaurants directly on the piazza can charge up to roughly 400% more than an equivalent spot just two blocks away, with visitors regularly paying around €20 for a forgettable plate of pasta because they didn't want to walk any further after seeing the fountain. Their on-the-ground fix, based on actually eating around the neighborhood, is that moving even a couple of streets back transforms both the food quality and the price - they point to family-run, no-tourist-menu spots and a cheap, good sandwich shop just two blocks off the piazza as concrete examples. The broader lesson they draw from repeated visits: proximity to a major landmark is a reliable inverse indicator of a restaurant's value in Rome.

羅馬的旅人筆記

去過的人怎麼說 — 先是全年通用的筆記,再逐月呈現。

Rome has a Mediterranean climate, with long, hot summers and mild winters. The winter months usually present pleasant daytime temperatures and the weather is variable. Nights can be chilly, but the temperature rarely drops to actual cold levels. Snow is extremely rare and only occurs every few decades or so. Summer presents a pronounced aridity in which hot, sunny conditions prevail. The heat obstacles certain sightseeing activities which involve too much walking during the day, but early mornings and late nights can be wonderful. Autumn and spring are characterised by very pleasant weather accompanied by mild to warm temperatures.

Regulars are careful not to sell March here as spring: the days are in the low to mid sixties, the evenings get properly cold, and rain is frequent by Mediterranean standards. Our row gives 16.6C reading as 15C over 6.6C nights that feel like 4C, with 79.2mm across 10.7 days - so an umbrella and layers rather than a coat, and shoes that will take a day of cobbles. The compensation is the shoulder season: shorter queues, lower prices, and daylight back to 12 hours. The caveat they add is the calendar rather than the weather - Easter moves, and when it falls early the city and the Vatican fill up regardless of the month. The record: humidity 76 percent, 9.2 hours of sun and AQI 53.

April's weather is the easy part in Rome; the crowd calendar is what regulars actually argue about. "The week leading up to Easter is the beginning of high season" — and if you want to dodge it, one expert is blunt: "you'd need to go at least a week prior to Easter to avoid the crowds. After Easter is high season." Easter Monday specifically is called out as busy, while the days before it "won't be hugely busy" because most families can't pull children out of school. The two Italian public holidays on 25 April and 1 May pull the same trick at the other end of the month. The scale is worth keeping in proportion, though: even Easter is "not as bad as, say, June." Posters split on whether to avoid it at all if you pre-book. Our record: 17.7°C days, 9.8 rain days.

In Rome in May (1st stop of your tour), we watched the Campo de' Fiori market come down. From start to finish. It was amazing watching it all happen. The vendors, street washers, and garbage collectors all working in tandem while the restaurant staff built out their outdoor patios. Fascinating.

May is what everyone imagines Rome to be — 24°C, long evenings, wisteria still out in the Aventine. It's also the month the Vatican queues start at dawn. Book everything; walk everywhere; the fountains are drinkable.

Rome-forum threads on June heat describe a month that gets away from you fast: posters report bearable mornings turning to unworkable midday heat by ten, with more than one account of mid-90s Fahrenheit days and metro cars and buses running impossibly packed. The standing advice is to flip the schedule - do the Colosseum and Forum at opening, save the Vatican for a cooler evening slot, and treat the early-afternoon window as indoor time. The record explains why: 30C days feeling like 32C, 17.8C nights that don't offer much relief, just 4.7 rainy days and over thirteen hours of sun - dry heat with very little rain to break it.

Rome-forum threads asking for August weather advice are consistent it runs genuinely intense, temperatures regularly climbing past the mid-90s Fahrenheit, and posters call out the city's stone streets and buildings as radiators that hold and re-emit heat well after sunset, keeping nights uncomfortably warm too. The standing strategy is front-loading open-air sights like the Colosseum and Forum for early morning, retreating into shade through the worst midday hours, and using the city's public fountains to refill water bottles all day. Many long-time residents do leave for the coast this month, but posters are clear the city itself stays fully open and busy regardless. Regulars call August workable with real planning, just not a month for a packed, non-stop itinerary. The record: a scorching 32.9C by day feeling like a punishing 35C, 20.8C nights, just 30mm across 5.3 days, a 25.6C sea, 63 percent humidity and 12.4 hours of sun.

Rome-forum threads often crown September the best overall month - the balance of weather and atmosphere posters keep coming back to - but the same threads push back on the idea that it's an easy month. Early September is still hot and very crowded, crowds rival April through June and October rather than dropping off, and one recurring point is that mid-September doesn't reliably beat late August: families are back from summer break, and everyone who avoided the mid-summer heat is now traveling instead. The record backs the 'still hot' half of that: 27.7C days feeling like 29C, 17.1C nights, 97mm of rain across 8.8 days, 10.4 hours of sun and a 24.5C sea still warm enough to swim - September reads more like a second summer than a cooldown.
TrastevereSeptemberRegular · 9月 · 3 天前 · 在 Tripadvisor 上閱讀更多 ↗
Rome's October threads describe a month that's genuinely pleasant and genuinely erratic: highs around 22°C with midday sun that can reach 23–24°, cool evenings that want a light jacket, or a stretch that turns cold and wet instead. Two practical notes regulars repeat — early October is still very high season with big crowds, and you'll want trousers rather than shorts for the Vatican and other churches whatever the thermometer says.
Tripadvisor community · 10月 · 6 天前 · 在 Tripadvisor 上閱讀更多 ↗
Rome forum regulars split November into two halves: early in the month, “days are between 18 and 24 degrees C and nights are in the low teens,” but by the end, highs drop to “10 to 15 degrees C and nights around 8 degrees.” Rain is genuinely inconsistent — it “can rain like mad in November or simply be cool with a bright sunny sky” — and when it comes, it's “often of a drizzly, misty type,” so a hooded, wind-resistant jacket beats an umbrella. What regulars actually recommend it for: fewer crowds, no advance-ticket scramble, walk-in seating at most restaurants — one of the favorite times to visit Rome for exactly that trade. Our record: 17.1°C days, 10.3°C nights and 15.2 rain days — cool and genuinely wet, more than half the month, the “can rain like mad” read backed by the data.
