Another visitor describes an informal game she and her travel companions played while touring even Kigali's less affluent old-town areas: trying to be the first to spot a piece of visible litter or a 'dirty' spot, and nobody won - the cleanliness held even in poorer neighborhoods, not just the tourist-facing center.
