Once airborne, she describes the flight as genuinely breathtaking, with sweeping views over Ölüdeniz's turquoise lagoon, the coastline and surrounding mountains during a leisurely descent all the way down to the beach. She notes the drive up to the launch point takes about 40 minutes from the beach and is generally relaxed and scenic in its own right, worth treating as part of the experience rather than just transit.
