Days sit near 22°C and nights near 14, and because the city is highland the humidity and sticky air are far less than Manila or anywhere close to the ocean. February also dodges the crowds: March to May is typhoon-free but peak season and packed at weekends. The record still shows rain on about ten days, so "drier season" here is a relative claim.
